POLICIES

Deposits: A non-refundable, non-transferable $100 deposit is required to book any service. This will be applied to the total amount of the initial session. 

Photo ID: The MN Department of Health requires that you must provide a valid, unexpired photo ID in order to receive a tattoo service. Please be sure to bring this to your appointment. I will be unable to perform the service if your ID is not provided, resulting in the loss of deposit.

Cancellations and Reschedules*: all cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours before the appointment. If done within the 72 hour timeframe, your $100 deposit will be forfeited and an additional $50 fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. No exceptions.
*effective for all appointments booked on or after 2/2/24, appointments booked before then will be under the previous 48 hour policy

No call/No shows: in the event of a no call, no show your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pre pay the full amount of the service in order to book again (forfeited deposit will not be deducted from this amount) 

Late Policy: If you are running late to your appointment please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late I have the right to cancel the appointment which will results in the loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to re-book.

Failure to Follow Pre-Care Instructions: Please closely review the pre & post care section of my website to ensure you're fully prepared. Failure to follow to these guidelines will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit. 

Failure to Disclose Previous Work: if you have previous work done by another artist, I must see photos or have you in for an in-person consult beforehand to make sure the work has faded enough for me to effectively work over. Please send them via text (763-248-3803) or email (browhausmn@gmail.com) either before booking or within 24 hours of booking.  Failure to disclose this information prior to your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit. 

6-10 Week Touchup Policy:
Touchup sessions must be done within the 6-10 week timeframe and cost $75. If touchups are scheduled or rescheduled beyond the 10 week mark, or are rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment, there will be an additional $50 fee.

Color Boost Policy (maintenance sessions for current clients):
Color boosts are booked on a case-by-case basis, depending on how much your tattoo has faded. To determine if you're ready for a Color Boost, please text me photos (763-248-3803) in good lighting from a few different angles so I can see if the work has faded enough. If so, we can book from there!
